A little more detail.
Do I need the lock’s make and model before calling?
No. Start with the affected door, whether a working key remains and what happens during ordinary use. Mention a make or model if already known, and ask what further description would help. Do not dismantle hardware to identify it.
I have one working car key. Should I mention it?
Yes. Explain that a working spare remains and whether it can be brought to the vehicle. Give the make, model, year and key style so the particular replacement request can be discussed.
Is Perimeter Mall parking the same as station parking?
No. Mall, MARTA and office parking are separate sites with their own operators. Use the property where the vehicle was actually parked and check that operator’s current rules.
What if I cannot find the vehicle?
Speak with the parking property’s operator first. Perimeter Mall directs missing-vehicle questions to Security. A car that has not been located is a different issue from a known car with keys locked inside.
Can my unit key and building credential be treated together?
Identify them separately. The individual home lock and managed common entrance may belong to different systems and require different approvals. Contact the building’s responsible operator about managed credentials.
Can several private doors use one key?
Describe that as the result you want. Whether the existing locks can support it depends on their hardware and compatibility; do not assume every group of locks can be combined.
Does a garage door repair inquiry include a parking gate?
The garage service described here is residential garage door repair for a household door. Shared parking gates and commercial overhead systems need to be identified separately with the responsible operator.
